Spiral Bronze always offer an extended returns policy of 28 days.

So you can be rest assured if the sculpture doesn’t suit then just send it back and we will either exchange it or offer a full refund less any postage costs. As we understand sometimes in our hectic lives it takes a little longer than thought, to get round to things!

Delivery

We use different couriers depending on the size, weight and value of your sculpture so look out for a Royal Mail van for smaller items and Interlink Couriers  for larger boxes. If we’re using a trackable service (Courier, Signed For, Special Delivery) then we send you a tracking number by email when we ship your order so you know what to expect.

How long does it take?

If your sculpture is in stock and ordered before 12 noon you should receive it within 2 working days (once we are in receipt of cleared funds). Email confirmation of order dispatch will be sent to your registered address.

We can also arrange a Saturday delivery if you need something for the weekend and you’ve left it to the last minute … Northern Ireland and other non-mainland locations might be a two day service and of course the Scottish Islands may be a bit longer again.
